Check the action boundary and how to undo it

A note summarizer and an assistant connected to email or a calendar do not have the same access. Map the task, required permissions and consequences before linking an account.

A comparison checklist

• Begin with a non-sensitive note or test calendar rather than a production account.
• Check whether the assistant drafts, requests approval, or directly changes external data.
• Verify export, deletion, connected-app permissions and what happens if access is revoked.

A reproducible task to adapt

Give a synthetic meeting note with an owner, due date and unresolved issue. Confirm the summary preserves all three and does not silently create an external task or invitation.
